I think a passion for crime and for history have always been with me. As far back as I can remember, I was fascinated by the mechanics of crime and crime solving. I followed my interest of history to university where I got my degree in it—medieval rather than Victorian era. But that doesn’t matter. History is history, and for me that means it’s a detective story. Trying to find the clues to answer questions and maybe that’s why I find my two passions so interlinked.
Oh, and I love doing research. Give me a library corner and a bunch of books and I am eternally blissful.
